I like to share experiences that delighted or surprised me in some way that I believe others might enjoy. I do not write about disappointing experiences. Everyone has bad days, and dealing with the dining public is extraordinarily difficult. If I have an unsatisfactory visit, I try again in a few months. If still unhappy, no one needs to know about that. We are so lucky to live in an area with talented, dedicated food professionals that I could never fill this site up with great experiences.
